Will Ollerhead, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Ollerhead is the principal of Ollerhead Capital.

Mr. Ollerhead founded and is the CFO and Managing Director of Chunkerhead Ltd., where he actively manages that company's investment portfolio and administers its other management operations. He over 20 years of experience in the capital markets and corporate finance field, with the majority devoted principally to fixed income private placements. Mr. Ollerhead was also the founder of Ollerhead Capital Corporation, in 1997, which, until its sale in December of 2009, provided advisory services in respect of the structuring and arranging of private debt financing, for transactions totalling approximately $800 million. He is also a member, and serves on the audit committee, of the Board of Directors of United Reef Limited.

Previously, Mr. Ollerhead worked for an independent full service investment dealer, as a member of both its Corporate Finance and Fixed Income Sales and Trading departments. Prior to that, he worked with two Canadian institutional investors, latterly co-administering approximately $2 billion in private placement investments. His investment and capital markets experience has provided him with exposure to, and knowledge of, a broad range of industries.

Mr. Ollerhead began his career working as the sole equity analyst alongside the portfolio manager of a $150 million Canadian Equity portfolio, for the Canadian subsidiary of one of North America's largest insurance companies. Mr. Ollerhead holds a B.A. (Statistics) from the University of Western Ontario, and an M.B.A. (Finance) from McGill University.

Chris Schnarr, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Schnarr has 20 years of experience founding, managing, and advising successful high growth companies.

Mr. Schnarr was a founder of Wireless Matrix Corporation in 1993. During his tenure with the Wireless Matrix, he served as Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, President, and as a Director of the company. Mr. Schnarr was responsible over various periods for accounting, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance, operations, and administration. Mr. Schnarr resigned from Wireless Matrix in order to seek new challenges in September 2002.

Mr. Schnarr is also the founder, and a Director of Endura Capital Inc., a private tax, risk advisory, and wealth management firm with offices in Toronto and Montreal. Mr. Schnarr is also a Director of Legumex Walker Inc. (LWI:TSX). Mr. Schnarr holds a Masters in Business Administration (finance) from University of British Columbia (1990), and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Minor in Economics, from Wilfrid Laurier University (1989).

Peter Lacey, Director

Mr. Lacey is currently President and CEO of Cervus Equipment Corporation and Proventure Income Fund.

Cervus consists of 15 John Deere agricultural and turf care dealerships across Western Canada, 5 Bobcat and JCB construction equipment dealerships in Alberta, and 10 material handling equipment dealerships in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, with annual sales in 2010 exceeding 460 million dollars. Mr. Lacey also serves, or has served, on a number of boards of companies and non-profit organizations including being Chairman of Eveready Inc. (TSX:EIS), which was purchased by Clean Harbors Inc., a director of Collicutt Energy Services (TSX:COH) prior to its acquisition by Finning Canada Ltd., sitting on the Red Deer College Board of Governors for 7 years as well as Chairman of the Board of Governors for 4 years, as a trustee on the board of Alberta Ingenuity Fund, a provincially sponsored endowment fund of $900 million provided by the Province of Alberta to encourage science and engineering related research and researchers, and as a director on the board of Canada West Equipment Dealers Association, the trade association serving the farm equipment dealer industry.

John MacDonald, Director

Mr. MacDonald is Managing Partner of John MacDonald and Associates, a firm of established accounting and tax professionals.

From the accounting platform, Mr. MacDonald has extended the firm to include Oakville Investment Corp. which is involved in wealth management, private equity and growth/turnaround opportunities in private and public companies. Serving in various roles including CEO, Chairman, and Chief Restructuring Officer, Mr. MacDonald has leveraged his leadership and professional experience to lead change and growth strategies at several companies resulting in a successful portfolio of buy and hold growth, technology, consumer and manufacturing companies. Currently Mr. MacDonald serves on the Board of Luxell Technologies Inc., which he took private in 2008 and several private companies in Canada and China. John also serves on several charitable boards in Canada and the USA. Mr. MacDonald received a degree in Economics from University of Western Ontario in 1980, received his CGA in 1985 and has maintained continuing studies in Executive Leadership at Queen's University.

Richard Rumble, Director

Mr. Rumble presently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TSO3 Inc.

Mr. Rumble has accumulated more than 25 years experience within the North American and global medical industry.

During this time he has delivered significant and sustained revenue and earnings growth, led successful new commercial strategies, and negotiated and integrated large-scale acquisitions.

Mr. Rumble holds a BSc in biology and an Honours BSc in microbiology and immunology from the University of Western Ontario.

Prior positions held by Mr. Rumble include President of BERCHTOLD Corporation; Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Strategic Diagnostics Inc.; Vice President and General Manager of STERIS Corporation; and President and Chief Executive Officer of MediVators Inc. In addition, Mr. Rumble held a number of domestic and international management positions at 3M Company.

Marcus Vettiger, Director

Mr. Vettiger has been the Chief Executive Officer of Maestrani Swiss Chocolates Ltd., of Flawil, Switzerland since 2006.

Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Business Unit Food and Ingredients Europe and Americas for DKSH Switzerland Ltd. His more than 30 year management career includes food products industry experience in food additives, ingredients, dairy, and confectionary, in manufacturing, distribution, and marketing capacities.

He brings to the company experience in operations, change management, and negotiating co-development arrangements, partnerships, and acquisitions, along with his many and varied relationships in the food industry.

Mr. Vettiger is a graduate of the Handelsschule des Kaufmännischen Vereins Rapperswil / Switzerland (Commercial Business School). He has also completed INSEAD Executive Education Programs in France and Singapore on marketing and management.
