Across all facilities, the BioExx model is to continue to work with partners for the long term-supply of seed or with partners who wish to acquire any of the products that BioExx produces including oil, meal and specialty protein products.

In North America, BioExx will wholly own its facilities. Outside of North America, BioExx will seek strong strategic equity partnerships or joint ventures to complement our operations model.

It is BioExx’s vision to expand beyond the build-out of multiple oilseed facilities, to seek partnerships or licensing agreements in other industries in which the BioExx technology has a competitive advantage.

BioExx’s partnerships will consist of BioExx supporting an initial R&D function to perfect the application of its technology, followed by a license of the technology to the end user. This may include pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications where the BioExx technology can be used to extract natural active ingredients and industrial applications.
